Cyber threats are increasingly one of the major threats facing all countries. In nuclear facilities, a cyber attack could knock out digital control systems vital to ensuring the security of plants and materials, to an extent causing physical damages or losing human lives. In this talk, an assessment of the cyber risks, within nuclear security, will be explored and discussed in the context of 3S (Safety, Security, and Safeguards).
