Area of Specialization	Design and development of single-nanoscale novel semiconductor materials and their nanodevices. Desirable candidates would have following skills and spirits. Person who wants to and is able to develop single-nanoscale novel electronic materials and their devices.
Job Description	The successful candidate should have achievements in one of the following research fields related to novel nanoscale semiconductor (inorganic, organic, metallic materials) or nanodevices: materials science, organic synthesis, electronic engineering, solid-state physics, or solid-state chemistry. The successful candidate will be required to conduct the research described in ‘Area of Specialization’. The successful candidate will join a research group focused on single-nanoscale semiconductor materials and their nanodevices. The successful candidate will supervise undergraduate and graduate students for their research. The successful candidate will be required to engage in the education at Graduate Major in Materials Science and Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Materials and Chemical Technology. The successful candidate will give classes, exercises, and experiments for undergraduate and graduate students.
